We take great care in processing and shipping every order to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
1. Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail from Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

International: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees for international orders.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Etti Soap is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@ettisoap.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Etti Soap cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
